The Center for International Training Support under the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Education and Training, formerly the Center for Foreign Students Service under the Ministry of Education and Training was established on June 10. 1988 according to Decision No. 673 / QD-TCCB dated 10/6/1988 of the Minister of University, Professional High School and Vocational Training, now the Ministry of Education and Training with the task of serving foreign students to come.
